What is Zanbul?
Zanbul is a graphic poem presenting the fragmented chronicles of a deity in the act of kenosis. Following the existence of two polarized beings, we see how the influence of their actions shifts the aeons of their microversal existence. The timespace of these aeons is represented as the backdrop of each individual story. Book one begins as an awakening across time. The blue-haired Uhl becomes aware of their role as the steward of a holy relic, the Helm of Zanbul and how it may be used to heal the wounds of chaos. Ahn, who exists as Uhl's adversary, feels that the Helm is best exploited as a means to maintain control. Each story and the interplay of these beings throughout time is revisited in subsequent books, ultimately filling in the timeline of Zanbul in its totality.
